| Brief report about the Program | Knowing the importance of application of Artificial Intelligence in the field of Healthcare and Medical Education, under the able guidance of Dr. M .E. Mohan, Dean / Principal of BGSGIMS, college has organized Hands-on Workshop “AI in Healthcare and Medical Education” on 24th April 2025 for students and Faculty of the college in two sessions. Dr.Ragini Ananth Kashid, Professor and Head of Department of Microbiology, welcomed the Dean, Speaker, faculty and students and introduced the theme of the workshop. The morning session was arranged for First and second-year students along with department faculty of pre and para-clinical staff, P.G students. The afternoon session was for 3rd and fourth -year students along with Clinical department staff, P.G students. The speaker Dr. Chandra Bondugula, Founder, CEO and AI Chief of ZeaHealth Inc., explained about the importance of Artificial Intelligence in the field of Healthcare and Medical Education. The sessions were informative and enlightened the students and faculty. The program is ended with felicitation of the speaker by our beloved Dean and MS. |
