Admission procedure to be followed at the College after procuring admission order from KEA:
Admission procedure:
- Step 1: Submit Confirmation slip, Fee Paid Challan, Original documents and 2 set photocopies Attested from Gazetted Officer to College Admission section and get the Admission Order generated
- Step 2: Collect Application form from College Admission section
- Step 3: Fill the Admission Application form in Block letters
- Step 4: College Miscellaneous fee of Rs. 75,000/- to be paid through Demand Draft or Cheque in favor of BGSGIMS, payable at Bangalore or via online transfer at the time of Admission
- Step 5: Submit filled application and miscellaneous fee paid details at College Admission section
- Fill the Google form using the link provided here and submit it on the same day of Admission

List of documents to be submitted at college (Original + 2 set photocopies):
- KEA online Registration Copy
- Copy of the Challan for having paid the fees
- KEA Document Verification Slip
- NEET mark sheet (Rank card)
- NEET admit card (Hall Ticket)
- 10th mark sheet + certificate
- 12th mark sheet + certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate – only for CBSE/ICSE and out of state students
- Study Certificate of Class 1 to Class 12
- Eligibility certificate from RGUHS for CBSE/ICSE/NRI sponsor and out of state student
- Income and Caste certificate for Government seats and where applicable
- Bonds (Annexure 1 and Annexure 9)
- Passport size photographs – Minimum 6, it should be same as the one used in application
- Aadhar card copy
- Each of the documents listed above should be scanned separately in PDF format and should be sent to bgsgimsadmission@gmail.com. The file name must be appropriate to easily identify the suitable document (Ex.: NEET Score Card.PDF, 12th Marks Sheet.PDF, etc.).
