Brief report about the Program | Under the able guidance and motivation of the Dean and Principal of Dr. M E Mohan, BGSGIMS . Eye Donation fortnight was successfully observed in BGSGIMS from August 25th to September 8th by the departments of Ophthalmology On account of this a poster competition was conducted among 3rd year undergraduate students. Prize distribution was done to the winners. Medical students performed a skit about the importance of eye donation in the reception area of the hospital for patient awareness. Corneal blindness can be used with a successful eye transplant. Eye donation is a noble act that can give sight to two people. This programme was well appreciated by everyone. |
