Inauguration of BGS GIMS Library and   Information Center

Inauguration of Advanced Skill  Labs at BGS GIMS

BGS  & SJB group of institutions celebrated FOUNDER’S DAY and BGS UTSAV 2022 on 24th and 25th November 2022.

On the 1st day , 24/11/2022,  the program was graced by the following dignitaries:

  1. His Holiness, Jagadguru, Sri SriSri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, President of the Adichunchunagiri Shikshana Trust.
  2. Revered Sri, Sri, Dr. Prakashnatha Swamiji, Managing Director, BGS Group of Institutions.
  3. Shri Basavraj Bommai  , Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of  Karnataka
  4. Shri R Ashok, Hon’ble Minister for Revenue, Government of Karnataka
  5. Shri S T Somashekhar, Hon’ble Minister for Co-operation, Government of Karnataka
  6. Ms . Ramya, Cine actress & Former Member of Parliament, Mandya

         The BGSGIMS Library and   Information Center was inaugurated by Shri Basavraj Bommai , Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Karnataka; Shri R Ashok, Shri S T Somashekhar and Ms. Ramya. This was followed by inauguration of 1st day of BGS UTSAV by Ms. Ramya, Cine actress & Former Member of Parliament, Mandya  & commencement of  cultural events at the BGS Cricket stadium

          On the 2nd day of BGS UTSAV, 25/11/2022, the program started with the  inauguration of Advanced Skill  Labs at BGS GIMS by Padmavibhushan Sri Sri Jagadish Sadhguru, Founder & Head, Isha Foundation . Following this, cultural events of BGS Utsav commenced at the BGS Cricket stadium.

         The program was graced by the following dignitaries:

Closing ceremony of BGS UTSAV was presided by Dr. K Sudhakar , Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family welfare & Medical education, Government of Karnataka. BGS UTSAV 2022  received active participation from students and faculties of all SJB & BGS institutions.
