Maha Ganapathi Pooja and Guru Vandana Program-23rd July 2021
Guru Vandana means “ Reverence for the spiritual and academic gurus”- it is the thanksgiving from a student to a teacher, expressing his or her gratitude. Guru is the one who teaches us what life is and also how to make the most of it. Worshipping the feet of the guru is the ultimate of all worships.
On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, a Mahaganapathi pooja, was organised on 23-07-2021 at BGS Ganapathi Temple. The event was graced by Our pujya Guru Sri Sri Dr Prakashanatha Swamiji, Dr Bhagwan– Syndicate member of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, BGS GIMS- Dean and principal Dr M E Mohan, Medical Superintendent- Dr Srikanth Kulkarni, faculty members of sister Institutions and Staff of BGS GIMS. Padapooja to our pujya guru Sri Sri Dr Prakashanatha Swamiji was done by Dean and Principal Dr M E Mohan and Medical superintendent Dr Srikanth Kulkarni. The event was concluded with a group photo of all the Staff and Post graduates of BGS GIMS with our Poojya Swamiji.
